The proposal receiving the largest number of "Likes" will be awarded 25 marks.
The score of public voting will constitute 25% of the total score in the preliminary screening.

Rules and Regulations

  1. Voters must be holders of valid HKID cards, aged 11 or above at the time of the commencement of each voting round; and holder of a valid HK mobile phone number that can receive SMS;
  2. Each voter can only participate ONCE. To avoid repeated votes by the same voter, all participants must provide their names, and HK mobile phone number for identification;
  3. Voters must ensure that the information provided is true and accurate, and shall not contain any unauthorized third-party information. RTHK reserves the right to disqualify voters who provide false personal information or vote repeatedly;
  4. Voters will receive a SMS verification code on their registered mobile phone, and must input the code within 10 minutes and click "submit". Please note, voters must "submit" their vote before the voting period ends. Voters would not be charged for SMS fees except when voting with overseas roaming services; SMS fees for overseas voting would be borne by the voters.
  5. Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of CIBS voting;
  6. Each voter must vote for at least ONE programme to validate the online process. Voters may vote for more than one programme in all categories;
  7. Voters cannot alter their votes after submission;
  8. The final decision in case of dispute rests with RTHK.
