CIBS S47, 48 NOW OPEN FOR APPLICATION
Community Involvement Broadcasting Service (CIBS) Seasons 47, 48 is now open for application!
To implement the CIBS, Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) devotes part of airtime to provide a platform for the community, non-governmental organisations and the underprivileged to participate in broadcasting, i.e. produce radio programmes. The CIBS seeks to promote a wider range of social gains. RTHK provides funding for application.
In this round of application (Round 24), two seasons (formerly named quarters) of CIBS programmes will be selected. The ceiling of broadcasting hours in each season will be 17 hours. Applicants may submit proposals of one-hour or half-hour programmes. Applicants may choose from three programme themes in each season.
