APPLICATION for CIBS S53 & S54 will SOON BEGIN!
Community Involvement Broadcasting Service (CIBS) Seasons 53 and 54 will be open for application starting from 17 October 2025! You'll be the NEXT BROADCASTER!
To implement the CIBS, Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) devotes part of airtime to provide a platform for the community, non-governmental organisations and the underprivileged to participate in broadcasting, i.e. produce radio programmes. The CIBS seeks to promote a wider range of social gains. RTHK provides funding for application.
In this round of application (Round 27), two seasons of CIBS programmes will be selected. The ceiling of broadcasting hours in each season will be 17 hours. Applicants may submit proposals of one-hour or half-hour programmes. Applicants may choose from three programme themes in each season.

2. Ethnic Minorities
3. Open Topic
Broadcasting Date: 29 Jun 2026 to 27 Sep 2026

1. Social Services
2. Ethnic Minorities

Broadcasting Date: 28 Sep 2026 to 27 Dec 2026
