Have you dreamed of having your voice heard in a radio programme? RTHK CIBS (Community Involvement Broadcasting Service) believes: WE ARE ALL BROADCASTERS! No experience? No worry! Come and join the CIBS Broadcasting Workshop! We will have Danny Lau, DJ of RTHK Radio 3 Programme “Danny’s Weekend Blenz”, and Tinyee Wong of RTHK Radio 2, to speak on basic production skills! You will also have an opportunity to try voicing!

Notes on Enrolment
1. Quota for each session is 85 and would be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
2. The CIBS Secretariat will send confirmation email to successfully enrolled participants before the workshop.
3. The CIBS Secretariat reserves the rights of the final decision on the arrangements of the workshop.
4. All the personal data collected is solely used for processing the enrolment.

What is CIBS?
To implement CIBS (Community Involvement Broadcasting Service), Radio Television Hong Kong devotes part of its airtime to provide a platform for the community, non-governmental organisations and the underprivileged to participate in broadcasting and produce radio programmes. RTHK provides funding for application. CIBS will be open for application from 19 April! For details, please click here. Some CIBS producers and the CIBS Secretariat will also provide information in the workshop.
